Health is real important but neglected? Why.. because people are fat to busy... but they just dont realize that with better health you will have more energy and more go.. helping you to take on life, focus and concentrate more.. get more things done in the day, succeed and feel better about yourself and life. Try it yourself and get healthy I tells ya! :D

Eat five fruit and vegetables a f=day
More water
Be active and exercise atleast once a day to get more active and more energy as your body has a excuse to be more energetic
Make sure you stand up straight and have good posture
Keep away from the junk food... it's really not good and horrible anyway.
